Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® Exam Preparation Course
Overview
The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® Exam Preparation Course offered by Kampala Project Planning and Management Centre (KPPMC) is a professional development and certification preparation programme designed for individuals seeking to build a strong foundation in project management and earn a globally recognised project management credential.
The programme is particularly suited to university graduates, early-career professionals, project team members and professionals transitioning into project management who may not yet have the experience required for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification.
CAPM® certification demonstrates understanding of fundamental project management concepts, terminology, approaches and practices. The certification covers traditional project management, Agile approaches and business analysis, giving candidates a broad foundation for contemporary project environments.
The programme has two complementary outcomes: developing practical foundational project management skills for the workplace and preparing participants to successfully pursue the CAPM® certification examination.
Main Purpose
The main purpose of the CAPM® Exam Preparation Course is to equip participants with the foundational knowledge, practical skills and professional understanding required to contribute effectively to projects, while providing structured preparation for the CAPM® certification examination.
The programme bridges the gap between introductory project knowledge and the practical understanding expected of professionals working within project environments.
