• Course Description
  This five-day intensive course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of risk and crisis management principles, tools, and strategies. Participants will learn how to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to prevent them from escalating into crises. The course also emphasizes effective crisis response and leadership, integrating the latest industry practices and frameworks, including PMI’s Risk Management framework. Through practical exercises, case studies, and
  simulations, participants will build the skills required to navigate risks and crises effectively in today’s dynamic environment.
